Last month’s featured region saw the team introducing a fantastic evening, tasting different wines and dishes from Chile and Argentina, so once again celebrated local wine aficionado Amelia Singer and Wesley House founder Matthew Brown, will combine “serious” wine tasting with an element of fun!
Wesley House Sous Chef and native New Zealander Freddie Ponder has had a great influence on this evening’s menu and helped well known Head Chef Cedrik with the choice of courses, kicking off with aperitifs and canapés.
Diners will be treated to five perfectly cooked and complimentary dishes, accompanied by wines expertly paired to each course, followed by petit fours and coffee.
