Head chef, Cedrik Rullier has created a mouth watering menu with some star dishes that will definitely remind you of this month’s featured country, with Smoked Springbok Carpaccio infused with red bush tea and Roast Ostrich fillet with wild grain sorghum, rainbow carrots and celeriac puree.
